Our Commitment

Flak'd Burger is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive online experience and aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards across our website.

Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

What We're Doing

We are actively working to enhance the accessibility of our website. Our efforts include:

• Semantic HTML structure throughout the website
• Full keyboard navigation support
• Screen reader compatible content and navigation
• Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
• Alternative text for all meaningful images
• Clear and consistent navigation patterns
• Responsive design that works across devices and zoom levels up to 200%
• Properly labelled form inputs with clear error messages

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas are still being improved:

• Some older mascot illustrations may not yet have detailed alternative text descriptions.
• Third-party embeds (such as Google Maps) have their own accessibility policies that are outside of our direct control.
• We are continuously improving and welcome your feedback on any accessibility barriers you encounter.
